How long will my order take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery then typically takes 7–15 business days depending on your location. You'll get a tracking link by email once your order ships.
How do I track my order?
Every shipped order comes with a tracking number sent to your email. You can also use our Track Order page. Please allow a few days after shipping for the first tracking update to appear.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards and other options shown securely at checkout. All transactions are encrypted.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll do our best to update or cancel it before it's processed for shipping. Once shipped, an order can't be cancelled but may be returned.
What if something's wrong with my order?
If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or wrong — or doesn't arrive at all — email support@zamriz.com within 14 days with your order number and a photo. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund, usually with no need to send anything back. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.
Can I return something I just changed my mind about?
Our items ship from international warehouses, so we can't accept standard change-of-mind returns to a local address — but contact us within 14 days and we'll do our best (often a store credit or partial refund). You can always cancel for a full refund before an order ships.
