Shipping Policy

Where your order ships from

We work with global fulfillment partners, so your items ship directly from international warehouses. If you order several products, they may arrive in separate parcels on different days — at no extra cost to you.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. You'll receive an email with tracking once your order ships.

Delivery times

Estimated delivery is 7–15 business days after processing, depending on your destination. These are estimates, not guarantees — customs, weather, or carrier delays can occasionally extend them.

Shipping costs

Any shipping charge (or free shipping, where offered) is shown clearly at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you when your order ships. Please allow a few days after shipping for tracking to begin updating.

Customs & import duties

International orders may be subject to import taxes or duties set by your local authorities. These are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping charges.
