Return & Refund Policy

Before doing anything, email support@zamriz.com with your order number. Our products ship directly from international fulfillment partners, so most issues are resolved quickly without you needing to send anything back. Please don't ship an item back before contacting us.
Damaged, defective, wrong, or not delivered
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, is the wrong product, or doesn't arrive at all, contact us within 14 days of delivery (or of the expected delivery date) with a photo or brief description. We'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund — in most cases you won't need to return anything.
Changed your mind?
Because items ship from overseas fulfillment centers, we're unable to accept traditional change-of-mind returns to a local address. If you reach out within 14 days of delivery we'll still do our best to help — often a store credit or partial refund, depending on the item. You can cancel any order for a full refund before it ships (usually within 12 hours of ordering).
Refund timing
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to display it.
Items we can't refund
For hygiene and safety reasons, personal-care items and pierced jewelry can't be refunded unless they arrived damaged or defective.
